[Part 2/2] I know I'chiliad super late uploading a 2nd part of my followers gift. Mainly considering I kinda suck at building just this is beautiful right?
It's a fairy cottage I congenital for a supernatural save I have been working on, for ages.
It is placed in Saint Greer Islands created by @gruesim so it will use almost of the terrains, plants and shrubbery from that world. Merely I'm sure it wouldn't be too difficult to change if yous wanted to use it in other worlds.
This is HEAVILY cc'ed so I did include a package file in the download folder.

2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, but could probably be altered to fit more?? I just did the bare minimum when information technology comes to the bedrooms since I ran out of steam. I'm certain you guys would practice a better job!!

I needed some nice full shelves for my bakery then here they are!! i used ea meshes and textures, with some adjustments :) i tried to keep them as low poly as possible, and they both include 2 LODs. which i'one thousand usually likewise lazy to do lol
known issue: 1 of the shelves has a tiny gap in the lesser rail - sorry about that!!

TS3 Accessory Contacts for Babies - 4t3 Beetle Optics 2 by @squea
I've e'er hated the way babies' eye textures are linked to their skintone. Y'all can't see the baby's genetic centre color, the sclera is only distinguishable from skin on the palest of babies, and conflicting babies all have human eyes. While searching for the nth time for a gear up, I came across this Sims 3 Tutorial Hub post suggesting accessory contacts every bit a potential workaround. So I tried making some! These use squea's Beetle Eye two textures for the pupil and sclera, on top of the eye texture from Chisami'southward Chroma Baby default pare.
How to use:
Enable cheats, shift + click the baby, then select Edit Sim in Create a Sim. You'll only need to apply the accessory contacts for the babe's Everyday outfit.
Or you tin can use a mod, like NRaas Master Controller. Click on the baby, then select NRaas > Master Controller > Advanced > Edit in CAS.
Compatibility:
In addition to Chisami's Blush Baby default (used in the preview), I've tested these with vanilla Maxis, Brntwaffles' Baby Soft default, Kurasoberina's Primer Skin, and @danjaley'south Sims two Infant for Sims 3.
These are categorized every bit rings. If you use other baby accessories also categorized as rings, you can still apply this at the same time by enabling multiple accessories per category with NRaas Master Controller (Integration module recommended to admission settings in CAS). With Integration, just right-click the Options button in CAS, then gear up Multiple Accessories Per Location to True. Or, in Alive Mode/without Integration, click a computer or the Town Hall, then navigate to NRaas > Master Controller > Settings > CAS > Multiple Accessories Per Location > prepare to True.

I was tired of using ever the same eyebrows over and over again on my sim children, I accept only the default replacements from Unproblematic Life and the other custom ones I have are way too thin to await expert on my born-in-game sims. So after looking and not finding what I wanted I took matters into my own hands and I made some myself (is ever like this, isn't information technology?).

Yep, yous read correctly, I said Sims 3:)
This mod makes the game's logic threads run faster, speeding upwardly loading of Buy/Build and CASt, smoother UI elements, smoother CAS, fixes CAS music randomly stopping, among other things.
This mod should piece of work on Steam, Retail and No-CD versions of the game. Not on Origin versions unfortunately as information technology blocks this kind of hack, and then 1.69 won't work.
Download: SFS / Dropbox
Simply unzip the file into your "The Sims 3/Game/Bin" folder.
Y'all can configure the mod by editing the TS3Patch.txt file with notepad. I left comments in that file on how to set it up if you're having any issues or if you think your computer is good enough to increase the speed fifty-fifty more (or subtract information technology if the default is too enervating)
The changes are virtually noticeable in CAS: Smoother body sliders, Sim rotation and quicker switching of clothes.
